We were all together (except Kali who was at Girl's Camp) at the cabin for about three days in July. We got in lots of 4-wheeling rides and had a fun day at Jordanelle on the wave runners and in the boat and the big yellow tube. Spencer and Abbie getting ready to go.
Grandpa and Carter. None of the kids seemed to tire of having turns.
Mokie came with the Barneys and some of the cousins were quite intrigued with him. He was very patient with all their attention. Daniel, Abbie and Jakie are checking him out.
Elizabeth with our youngest family member, Luke. He's such a good-natured little guy and didn't seem to mind being passed around.
Hannah, Daniel and Whitney paddling around when the tube wasn't being pulled behind the boat.
Bob brought his boat which added to the fun. I didn't take a single picture of anyone on a wave runner. Is there some way we can get everyone's pictures on a CD? I'd sure like to see yours.
Sand and water....endless entertainment for kids. Daniel, Austin, Tyson and Jakie.
Landon and Nathan going for a little paddle.
We did play hard! Scott and Luke catching a few winks.
Even Mother Nature treated us to a glorious last night together at the park.
Abbie, who amazed everybody, but scaling up poles like a monkey in a tree.
Hannah, Alexis, Anna and Whitney making jewelry one night. Anna was visiting Scott and Liz from Germany and joined us at the cabin. I think she felt a little out of place, but she was a good sport!
All the cousins except Kali. Starting at the bottom and going up, left to right, are Jakie and Andrew, Easton, Daniel and Abbie, Nathan, Austin, and Carter, Landon, Tyson and Tanner, Alexis, Whitney and Hannah holding Luke. What a lot of boys!! Looks like a prospective MTC to me!!
Tyson turned eight in July and was baptized on the 4th of August. Doesn't he look handsome in his new suit? We're really proud of him and his great family.

Four-Wheeling and Camping
Elizabeth's Grandpa Jefferie invited us to come to Delta to go 4-wheeling the first part of June. He took us out in the mountains west of Delta and we had a fun day! Nathan, Daniel, and Andrew rode with us. Grandpa took us to see this amazing balancing rock and Andrew was very curious about it.
Some of the trails were pretty rocky, but all three boys managed to fall asleep sometime during the day while riding along. How would it be?!!
We watched the three oldest Johnson boys while Scott and Elizabeth went to a wedding in Philadelphia. Our ward was having a patriotic celebration with a kids' parade. Kali and Hannah helped the boys decorate their bikes and they rode in the parade. I think their favorite part of the celebration was the chocolate chip pancakes the ward provided for breakfast.
During the Fourth of July week, the Motts invited us to go camping and four-wheeling with them in the Manti-LaSal National Forest down by Mayfield. Austin, Lara and Alexis on Lara's machine.
Steve and Austin. Alexis was amazing on her machine and Austin buzzed around like a little Evel Knievel on his little motorcycle. Steve led the way and took us on some beautiful rides.
One of the many beautiful little lakes we saw. Some of our riding was on the Skyline Drive.
We had a great fun time and enjoyed the beautiful country. And what's not to enjoy when you're camping in Steve's and Lara's luxurious trailer!!
Well, I don't know how this picture ended up down here, but it's the amazing rock with Daniel, Scott, Nathan, Andrew and Grandpa and Grandma.

Summer of 2012
We kicked off our summer with our annual Memorial Day bike ride. This year we rode around Daybreak Lake and the Barneys, the Olsens, and the Scott Johnsons were able to come.
Nathan found the zip line when we were riding back home, so we stopped for a few rides.
Even baby Luke got to ride along--although Scott had to do the work for three.
Lots of little monkeys climbing around!!
The grown-ups got to be in the picture this time. We finished off the morning with breakfast at Grandpa and Grandma's house.
