Church News, Thessaloniki page

This is the April 10th baptism of Zardasht, who is from Syria. Elder Johnson, Zardasht, Elder King and Elder Rodriguez.

At the church before going down to the sea. Elder King from Maryland, Zardasht from Syria, Elder Rodriguez from Italy and Elder Johnson from Utah.

This is Larry. He's a character! He donned a tie for our Branch Easter activity. Our mission president has been encouraging the priesthood holders to wear a white shirt and tie when they participate in the ordinance of the Sacrament. Imtiaz is on Larry's left.

Vivian, from Nigeria, is getting ready to tap her Easter eggs. Beauty is to her right.

Emmanuel plays for a minor league soccer team and invited us to come and watch him play. He is front and center in the white uniform. It was a beautiful spring day and we enjoyed watching him play. He's such a good young man. He was baptized a year ago last January by Elder Gladson.

This is Imtiaz' baptismal day on the 27th of March. Elder Middleton baptized him. Two GREAT young men! Elder Middleton completed his mission last week.

Coming out of the sea after the baptism. Elder Kroll, Imtiaz, Elder Middleton and Elder Balhorn.

Before the baptism.

Beauty came to church one Sunday in this beautiful native dress from Nigeria, so I asked if I could take her picture.

Our zone at the last Zone Conference. Front row, left to right, Elder Rodriguez (Milan,Italy), Elder Kroll (Berlin, Germany), Elder Balhorn (Vernal, Utah), Elder Grow (California).
